Neil Stan Crouch or otherwise known as simply just Neil is a supporting character and AJ's good friend.

He made his first appearance in Mrs. Kormel is Not Normal!, when the school bus gets a flat tire on a detour to pick up the "nude kid" which turned out to be the "new kid". They finally met Neil after finally finding school.
He is eight years old in My Weird School and is nine years old in My Weird School Daze, My Weirder School, My Weirdest School, My Weirder-est School, and My Weirdtastic School. His close friends are AJ, Michael Robinson, Ryan Dole and
Alexia Juarez. His enemies/frenemies are Andrea Young and Emily Pucket.

- He is "allowed" to kneel and crouch on the bus because his name is Neil Crouch.
- Neil also has a pet ferret named Mr. Wiggles. It was elected the president of the school twice in Mayor Hubble is in Trouble! and Mr. Macky Is Wacky!. It also pooped on Emily Pucket's head which was the reason why Emily Pucket had to rub her nose and cry a bit.
- In 2013-2017, Neil's face shape has half changed. In 2018 Neil's face shape has fully changed.
- His father, Mr. Crouch was mentioned in Mrs. Kormel is Not Normal.
- He puts tater tots or crackers over his eyeballs during lunch.
- In Mrs. Kormel is Not Normal, the school bus is going to pick up a new kid. But the gang passed the words wrong and it came to the nude kid. Then the bus drove into a rainforest and A.J. threw his Striker Smith action figure out the window and caused a flat tire and Mrs Kormel's cell phone was dead and she drove the bus into a ditch and A.J. thought she's driving them to the North Pole and they got to school just before it ended.
- He's not very involved in the three boys until Dr. Carbles is Losing His Marbles, in which he came up the idea to steal Marshall Carbles' toupee. Then Dr. Carbles sent A.J. to his office and he admitted that Mr. Klutz told him the Dr wears a toupee and Dr. Carbles built a half-pipe and rode skateboard with Mr. Klutz in there and Mrs. Haney fired him and Mr. Klutz was hired again and he married a pig because the kids made beautiful Thanksgiving displays. He married a pig instead of Gobbles, the turkey, because Mr. Klutz ate Gobbles for dinner.
- He often says "Run for your lives!" Whenever something bad occurs.
